Sondes Mbarek has a PhD in Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine. His thesis is entitled "Proxy Voting and shareholder activism: Evidence from U.S. Mutual Funds in French companies."
Her research interests are: corporate governance, shareholder activism and asset management and most recently employee shareholding.
She had the opportunity to teach in several French and foreign universities (University of Paris II Assas-Sorbonne, University of Cergy Pontoise, University of Marne la Vallée, Tunis Business School) and Business Schools (Rouen, Reims Management School, Paris ESLSCA).
