After an initial training of economist (Master 1 in Economic Theories and Analyse, monetary politics), a DEA (Master 2 in Research) of Economic Philosophy, and a Ph D in Economic Analyse of the Law and in Human Resource Management, on the ?Respect of Employees? Privacy in the work relationship? (hold in 2006, GREQAM, University Aix-Marseille III), Stéphanie Arnaud is currently an associate professor at ICN Business School, a research member affiliated to CEREFIGE (University of Lorraine) and to CERGAM, IAE of Aix-en-Provence, (University of Aix-Marseille).
Stéphanie taught Economics during four years at University (Macro and Micro Economics, National Accountability, History of the Thought, Social Economics and Third Sector).
Stéphanie teaches now her research topics : "The stakes of a humanistic management", "HRM and Organizational Behavior", "Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethics", "Work-life balance".
Her research works study how to apply humanist philosophy to HRM, the respect of privacy and intimacy at work, the self-determination at work, the self-regulated motivation, etc. The Third Sector of Social Economic is also one of her research fields : What are or should be the managerial specificities of non-profit organizations?
She mobilizes Economics, Labor Law, HRM, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Philosophy, and the Structural Equations Modelling for her empirical research.
Her theoretical frameworks are Humanist Philosophy and Self-Determination Theory.
She shares her research and develops social networks in International and National Conferences, Professional Workshops with practitioners and ranked Journals in which she publishes (Journal of Business Ethics, Revue de GRH, Revue Internationale de Droit Economique, etc.).
