After graduating with a Masters Degree from the ESC Troyes and at Trinity College, Dublin (Eire), she taught in Ireland before coming back to France to set up the consulting firm AC Conseil, specialising in non-verbal communication and self image.

As part of this work and alongside her teaching for the ICN Business School, she teaches executives and company managers in all sectors of activity, both in France and abroad. In 2012 she defended a doctoral thesis in sociology, and achieved a PhD.
