Dr. Krista Finstad-Milion, born in Ontario Canada, has been teaching with the ICN Business School as well as other business and engineer faculties and schools in France, Poland and Germany for over 20 years. Krista's doctoral research was based on 7 years of facilitating change steering in a program for middle, senior and top managers of MERCK-LIPHA, a pharmaceutical multinational firm headquartered in Lyon.
Her current research interests include professional women's networks, collaborative action-learning and innovative education. From November 2006 - July 2011 Krista carried out the role of Executive MBA Programme Leader at ICN. She is currenty head of the Management of Organisations Track for the Master Programme.
