Sybil Persson is the Director of the School of Coaching at ICN Business School which she created with Laurent Goldstein in 2006.

Doctor in Management Sciences, Sybil is largely inspired by different knowledge bases in the human and social sciences, Sybil voluntarily developing an anthropological approach to organisational dynamics.

Heavily involved for the past 20 years in accompanying managers in firms (training, consulting, coaching, team building), Sybil has published numerous academic and professional articles in human resource management and coaching in companies.
