Doctor in Management Science from University of Luxembourg, her research focuses primarily on outsourcing, SMEs and innovation in transition and emerging economies. In particular, she studied the Bulgarian information technology, wine and rose oil sectors.
She teaches International Marketing, Marketing of Innovations, Research Methodology and Data Analysis.
