Jerome CABY is a professor of finance at ICN Business School and Director General of the school since the 1st of May 2009. From 2001 to 2004, he was the dean of the IAE of Paris where he was previously, as Professor, the Director of the Master of Management Control and Audit. From 1999 to 2001 Jerome Caby was the Director of Accounting and Financial Management Master (1999-2001) at the IAE of Bordeaux.
Jerome Caby completed his Ph.D. in Management Science at the IAE of Nancy and the accreditation to supervise Ph.D. students (HDR) at the Montesquieu University, Bordeaux IV. He is "agrégé des Universités" in Management Science since 1999.
Recognized as a specialist in corporate governance, he published numerous articles in French and international peer reviewed journals and authored numerous books. Jerome has also supervised dozens of doctoral thesis on the subject.
Since 2007 Jerome Caby is a member of the French Society of Management and of the "Cercle de l'Entreprise", member of the Scientific Committee of NYSE Euronext FAS IAS index. He was also a member of the "Commission formation de l'IFA" (Institut Français des Administrateurs) from 2006 to 2010.
Jerome Caby has diverse teaching experience in many universities in France and abroad, at undergraduate, postgraduate and executive level. He is regularly a member of the jury of prestigious awards such as the Innovation Award of the Daily "La Tribune" since 2007, Thesis Prize of the HEC Foundation, etc.
As expert at the AERES since 2008, he is a member of the Board of CGE Chapter since 2011, and has held the position of the Director General of Ecricome from 2011 to 2013.
