Klaus-Peter Schulz is associate professor of Strategy and Innovation at ICN Business School. His research is related to strategies and methodologies of workplace education and organizational learning. He particularly focusses learning and development processes and methodologies in different types of enterprises and non-profit organizations as well as playful and tool-kit based methods of ideation and organizational development. Before being employed at ICN he worked as a research group leader at Chemnitz University of Technology in Chemnitz Germany. There he was in charge of EU based research programs in the field of innovation capabilities in SME.

Before he worked at the same institution as lecturer in the field of innovation management. Prior to his university career, he was Programme Manager for innovation and organizational development at an international pharmaceutical company. Klaus-Peter Schulz received his Ph.D. from Chemnitz University of Technology in the field of organizational behavior (title: Learning Activity in Organizations. He was educated in engineering and management at Brunel University (West London) where he received an M.Sc. and in production engineering at Konstanz University of Applied Science, Germany (degree: Dipl.-Ing.).
